Saving Your Life

During the first part of this class, you will learn how to be a patient advocate for yourself or a loved one. We will discuss doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and insurance companies, giving you tools to help you serve yourself or loved ones best. The second part of the class focuses on “Senior Life Decisions.” These include living arrangements, family communication, paperwork (wills, power of attorney, health care directives, etc.). Guest speakers who are experts in assisting seniors in all of these areas to be discussed will join us.
