Safety Doesn’t Happen By Accident

Safety doesn’t happen by accident, so you must prepare for the unexpected. This workshop from the Washington University Police Department (WUPD) will help you protect your home, vehicle, computer, as well as yourself and your family – before and after an unexpected event. The course offers 3 weeks of interactive in-person lectures: Personal Safety, Home/Vehicle Safety, and Cyber Security. Our final meeting includes a tour of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s “Real Time Crime Center,” a state-of-the-art center used by officers throughout the region to deter criminal activity and make communities safer.
The course fee includes transportation for the field trip to and from OLLI.
