Art and history are intertwined in the formation of today’s Ukraine. Learn how visual artists interacted with their political and social environment to shape Ukrainian identity. We will explore the Ukrainian visual tradition from ancient artifacts, through the Rurik Dynasty and the Romanov era to the 20th Century.
